Visiting and mining are different
Players can enter the quarry, but mining there requires enough respect. If you can walk into the area but cannot break a vein, check the current service requirement in game before assuming the tool is broken.
Hearthvale’s respect thresholds are 250 for Known neighbor, 600 for Trusted neighbor, 1,000 for Village pillar, 1,800 for Steward, and 4,000 for Hearthvale champion. These ranks are separate from your Mining level.
Ore returns after mining
Authored quarry nodes regenerate after they are mined. Their replacement is always an ore, rather than a random return to ordinary stone. Wait for a node to regenerate or use another available vein while you train.
The regeneration timing and ore distribution improve with Mining progression. This system applies to configured quarry nodes; it does not mean every ore block anywhere in the world regenerates.
Bring usable equipment
Check the pickaxe’s requirements before travelling. A more valuable pick is useful only when your character can use it. Keep an eye on durability and repair your equipment before a long gathering session.
Visit Doran for repair and upgrade services. The equipment guide can help you compare item statistics and sources before committing coins to a different tier.
Plan around your next goal
Decide whether the session is about Mining levels, materials for a build, or supplies for equipment. A clear target makes it easier to choose when to return home and what to keep.
Unlocked destinations appear in /warps. The quarry is an activity area within the wider world, so entering it does not need a separate town-arrival title.
